How do the different price packages differ?

The price packages vary depending on the amount of features offered and the degree of personalization. Our Starter and Professional packages offer different service levels and are tailored to different size companies. The Enterprise package is fully customizable and will be adjusted to your specific needs.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time. The changes will then take effect from the next billing period.

What integrations do you currently offer?

CallMaster can send you conversation notes via common messengers like Slack or Microsoft Teams. In addition, a bidirectional interface with your CRM (HubSpot) is possible, whereby notes can be added in the CRM and existing contacts can be addressed by name.

Does CallMaster offer a free trial or a demo version?
